No doubt when you get home you will start looking forward to the day your new furniture will be delivered. In the meantime, here are answers to questions our customers frequently ask.

Q. Can I be sure it will fit in my home?
A. Don't panic, there's unlikely to be a problem. However please double check that what you've ordered will fit easily in the room it is intended for. Remember too that we have to get it into the room, so please check your doorways, hall, stairways and landings as well. Our delivery staff are very experienced but if you anticipate any problems don't hesitate to contact us. Occasionally a door or window will need be removed. In such cases, we can arrange for this to be done but there will be an extra cost involved.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. The short answer is yes. But if you want to do so, then contact us as quickly as possible. Any change or cancellation made within a few days of placing the order is generally no problem, but the longer you leave it, the more difficult and costly it will be. This is because we order your specific item or items directly from the manufacturer. Any change or cancellation after production is scheduled may incur charges, which we would have pass on to you. Another point to note is that we cannot guarantee colour matches on items ordered at intervals because there are likely to be variations in dye batches used.
Q. When will you deliver?
A. An estimated delivery date is stated on your order and once the goods have been received by us we will contact you to make a firm date for delivery. If for any reason there are likely to be changes to our estimated delivery date, we'll endeavour to contact you straight away and keep you informed as to what's happening and why. (If a delay is caused by anything outside our control, we're sorry but understandably we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss).
Q. Can you store my order for me?
A. Yes, but only for a limited time and only if we have received full payment from you.
Q. When do I have to pay the balance?
A. We'll contact you when your goods are in our Distribution Centre and arrange with you for the balance to be paid prior to delivery. We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can pay by cash, building society cheque, or personal cheque (subject to clearance).
Q. What if I've arranged finance?
A. We will contact the Finance Company when we have delivered your goods and depending upon which finance agreement we have arranged for you, your payments will commence no sooner than one month after that date. The Finance Company will advise you of the exact date for commencement once the delivery has been made.
Q. What happens when we deliver?
A. We will have contacted you in advance to agree a mutually convenient day. We'll position the goods as advised by you. (If you've self-assembly goods, we'll leave the flat packs for you.) We will remove any packaging that you don't require.
