PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT

Based in our Fakenham Distribution Centre you will assist in the administration of the Purchase Ledger department. The main duties will include processing purchase invoices/credits, payment runs, resolving queries internally and with suppliers and general office duties.

This position requires a well organised, methodical and logical person with a flexible attitude. The successful candidate will be computer literate, accurate and numerate and can work to strict deadlines. Previous experience within an administration role is essential. This position is based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Based in our Fakenham Distribution Centre you will assist in the administration of the Transport Office. Working in a small team, duties will include processing purchase orders and customer returns, contacting customers direct to arrange deliveries, maintaining and updating delivery schedules in accordance with both customer and company needs, Advising drivers of all requirements associated with customer deliveries and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude. Computer literacy is essential together with experience of Excel and Word software packages. Previous experience within an administration role is essential. This position is based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
