Norwich Superstore

The superstore in Norwich has ample parking and disabled access at the front of the Store. Access to the first floor departments and restaurant can be made via a lift or stairs. The use of a wheelchair is available on request.

The Shapes restaurant provides customers with hot and cold food and drinks seven days a week.

There is also a children’s play area located in the restaurant with early learning toys and cartoons to keep the children amused.

Fakenham Superstore

There is easy disabled access to the front and the rear of the Superstore in Fakenham and customers can take advantage of the wide walkways to all departments and facilities. The use of a wheelchair is available upon request. Disabled toilet facilities with easy access and manoeuvrability are located on both the ground and first floor and a wide access lift will also take you to the 130 - seater Shapes restaurant on the first floor.

A children’s play area is located in the Shapes restaurant and has early learning toys, cartoons and a computer game to keep young children amused. Two modern and clean baby changing areas are located in the Superstore available with disposal services.

Fakenham Fashion Store

Situated in the centre of town, the Fashion Store is served by several public car parks within easy walking distance. Customers can gain access to the lower floor departments through the front of the Store but access to the first floor departments and top floor can only be made via by stairs.

The Fashion store also has toilet facilities and baby changing facilities.
