"I purchased this mattress along with a Royal Options Firm Edge 2 Drw Divan from the Heritage collection, which was delivered well ahead of the estimated time so that was great. Although I have only had the bed and mattress for approx 7 weeks I have to say how very comfortable it is and the reduction in feeling my partner move is fantastic...although a spend in excess of £3K it was money well spent!! On my second visit I spent just short of 3 hours in store to be absolutely sure before making up my mind, and I have to say the customer care and service shown by Callum was excellent throughout my visit. Callum fully explained everything and nothing was too much trouble (although he was probably very pleased when I did eventually decide) :-) I would also like to say thank you to Rob who was also in the bedding department, both of them lovely guys with a sense of humour and great customer care skills. The voucher scheme was very well received and I also got a Bedside Cabinet which I ordered with Rob and that was delivered 2 - 4 weeks ahead of time. The rest of the vouchers I put towards new bedding and pillows and on this occasion Helen assisted me and was extremely helpful and showed great knowledge of the products which was a great help to me. So all in all my experience with Aldiss Hall Road Norwich was excellent Again a very special thanks to Callum for his continued patience, for the time devoted to me whilst in store and for his customer care and to Rob, again for his humour and customer care and to Helen again for her help and customer care. A very pleasant experience and a lovely team that I personally dealt with...Thank You to all concerned. This also includes the guys who delivered the goods especially the bed and mattress, it wasn't easy for them but they were polite, helpful and professional delivering a very heavy product, well done guys and thank you so much."

Our delivery team offer a two person service which includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and removing packaging where required. Please note disposal of old furniture is not included in the delivery cost. Please speak to our furniture team to enquire about this service when you are contacted about your order. Available to most postcodes in the Norfolk area and some of Suffolk.

Direct Despatch:

Some our items are sent to you directly for our Supplier. The Supplier’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

When your item arrives, please check it carefully and if they are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only.

Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands:

Homewares deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands are charged at £15 per oder. This is a flat rate and the free delivery on orders above £50 does not apply. Furniture deliveries will require a custom quote.

Store Collection:

We offer FREE collection from our Norwich store and our Distribution centre at Fakenham. You can select Free collection in the checkout. Please note you will still need to add your address details for contact and billing.

Returns:

We are happy to refund any item ordered on this website, in a fully re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 working days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Please repack your items in the packaging you received them and return to the address below. Please include your completed returns form (included in your initial delivery), this should include your name, contact details, order number & reason for return.

Due to hygienic or practical reasons, some items are excluded i.e. pillows/duvets and custom made or altered items. The amount refunded will be the price paid exclusive of delivery charges.
