Delivery and Collection Charges
Deliveries
We charge a standard fee of £4.95 for delivery of all Homewares orders, regardless of the number of items on the order.
We use a national carrier for delivery of all Homewares orders and aim to deliver in stock products within 2-3 working days. However, delivery times may vary.
If nobody will be at the property to take receipt of the order, please specify where you would like your goods left. Please note that this is at the risk of the customer. If the carrier is unable to leave the goods, they will leave a card and make one further attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us. Any further costs incurred as a result of this will be payable by the customer.
Collections
We pride ourselves on offering high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. However, on occasion, goods may need to be returned. Please notify us either by telephone, email or post of your intention to return a product within 7 working days. Please ensure that you inform us of the reason for return.
The goods should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation clearly stating your name, address and order number. You should return the goods to:

Please note that it is down to the customer to pay for return postage unless the product is damaged. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as Aldiss will not be held responsible for any product lost in the post.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, a full refund will be processed. Please allow up to 30 working days for this to reach your account.
