We were treated to his Carrot and Coriander soup and pleased to be able to share this recipe with you:

Carrot and Coriander Soup

Ingredients:

3 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped

1 large white onion, peeled and roughly chopped

2 tsp ground coriander and the stalks of fresh coriander

1 Knorr chicken stock pot

Sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp double cream

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients, except the cream, into the Tower Ultra Xtreme Blender and set the program to with “smooth” or “chunky” setting.

When the program has finished take off the lid, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste and add the cream.

Using the “blend” button pulse for 5 seconds and serve immediately sprinkled with chopped fresh coriander leaves, served with fresh crusty bread.

 

Malcolm was demonstrating the Tower Ultra Xtreme Blender on the day that is able to take on even the toughest of blending tasks and can split stems, burst seeds and pulverise hard-skinned fruit and vegetables.
