Having invested in your new furniture it is only natural that you will want to keep it looking like new for as long as possible. This is why Aldiss in association with Staingard offer all customers their 5 year care plan.

Whether you buy a fabulous fabric sofa or a luxurious leather chair you can rest assured that by purchasing this care plan you are covered when an accident does spoil the appearance of your furniture. Stain removal and repairs will be taken care of at no extra cost to you.

Aldiss ultimate 5 year care plan is supported by a range of care products designed to ensure that you are able to maintain your furniture in the best way possible. These care products are specially formulated and produced by Staingard and are easy to use and effective.

How do I purchase the care plan?

When purchasing your furniture from our website the Staingard protection is offered as an optional addon at checkout. The cost is £40 per seat. As an example, a 2 seater sofa would be £80 or a 3 seater sofa would be £120.

How does the plan work

Simply follow the care instructions provided at the time you receive your furniture. However if an accident threatens to spoil the appearance of your furniture all you have to do is call our dedicated claims and advice line and we will ensure that the problem is taken care of.

LHF (left hand facing) the arm is on the left hand side of the unit when viewed from the front. RHF (right hand facing) the arm is on the right hand side of the unit when viewed from the front. All measurements are approximate and relate to the overall size of the item including soft arm cushions where fitted and back cushions. All furniture supplied on fixed feet. Available in soft fabric cover only. Arm caps available on all models in fabric cover only. Recliner available in manual or power versions with fixed seats. Standard furniture has loose seats and are reversible. 2 seater recliner sofas are delivered in two sections which link together. 3 seater recliner sofas are delivered in three sections which link together. Our recliner furniture requires room to recline - please see further info for exact measurements. Scatter cushions are available at extra cost.

Our delivery team offer a two person service which includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and removing packaging where required. Please note disposal of old furniture is not included in the delivery cost. Please speak to our furniture team to enquire about this service when you are contacted about your order. Available to most postcodes in the Norfolk area and some of Suffolk.

Direct Despatch:

Some our items are sent to you directly for our Supplier. The Supplier’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

When your item arrives, please check it carefully and if they are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only.

Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands:

Homewares deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands are charged at £15 per oder. This is a flat rate and the free delivery on orders above £50 does not apply. Furniture deliveries will require a custom quote.

Store Collection:

We offer FREE collection from our Norwich store and our Distribution centre at Fakenham. You can select Free collection in the checkout. Please note you will still need to add your address details for contact and billing.

Returns:

We are happy to refund any item ordered on this website, in a fully re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 working days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Please repack your items in the packaging you received them and return to the address below. Please include your completed returns form (included in your initial delivery), this should include your name, contact details, order number & reason for return.

Due to hygienic or practical reasons, some items are excluded i.e. pillows/duvets and custom made or altered items. The amount refunded will be the price paid exclusive of delivery charges.
