Description

The Wonderland Floral hand-tufted rug features a whimsical array of floral patterns, combining intricate archive-inspired design with a bold, maximalist style that brings lively colour and cheerful character to modern interiors. Hand tufted using a specialist gun that injects fibres into the backing for a secure finish, it has a 12 mm pile height and total height, with a substantial 2500 g/sqm pile weight and 4500 g/sqm total weight for a dense, luxurious feel underfoot. Crafted from wool, it offers natural warmth, softness, durability, flame resistance, odour resistance and water repellence, while also being biodegradable and free from microplastics. As this rug is made from natural fibres, some shedding is normal at first and will lessen over time without affecting performance; during this period it is best to vacuum using a brush attachment, then switch to suction only to protect the pile. To keep it looking its best, blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth rather than rubbing, and for deeper cleaning lightly dab with a diluted carpet shampoo solution using a colourfast cloth, working in the direction of the pile and allowing the rug to dry fully before use.

Our delivery team offer a two person service which includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and removing packaging where required. Please note disposal of old furniture is not included in the delivery cost. Please speak to our furniture team to enquire about this service when you are contacted about your order. Available to most postcodes in the Norfolk area and some of Suffolk.

Some our items are sent to you directly for our Supplier. The Supplier’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands:

Homewares deliveries to Northern Ireland & the Scottish Highlands are charged at £19.95 per order. This is a flat rate and the free delivery on orders above £50 does not apply. We do not deliver Furniture to Northern Ireland.

Store Collection:

We offer FREE collection from our Norwich store and our Distribution centre at Fakenham. You can select Free collection in the checkout. Please note you will still need to add your address details for contact and billing.

Returns:

We are happy to refund any item ordered on this website, in a fully re-saleable condition, if returned within 14 working days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. Please repack your items in the packaging you received them and return to the address below. Please include your completed returns form (included in your initial delivery), this should include your name, contact details, order number & reason for return.

Due to hygienic or practical reasons, some items are excluded i.e. pillows/duvets and custom made or altered items. The amount refunded will be the price paid exclusive of delivery charges.
